Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

  • Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.
  • Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, accessories such as hats or hair items cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will provide a store credit.
  • Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shop@urbangoddess.com.au with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Return Shipping: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
